In my work, I incorporate a range of tools, including tarot, creativity, and energy therapy. I use creativity, such as art, drawing, clay, and even Lego figures, to help clients connect with their subconscious mind in ways that words alone cannot.
I’ve discovered the freedom of using acrylic paint to create abstract art, a form of expression I never fully embraced in school due to its structured nature. Now, this creative process plays a key role in helping others tap into their innermost thoughts and feelings. I offer this creative therapy both 1:1 and in small group settings, encouraging clients to explore and express their emotions and inner worlds.

Through all of these experiences, my approach to healing and coaching is deeply personal, intuitive, and grounded in a belief that everyone has the potential to connect with their true self. It is my privilege to walk alongside my clients as they embark on their own transformative journeys, using the tools and wisdom I have gained over the years to support and guide them.

I am a member of The Healing Trust and The European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
About Claire
My journey into the world of healing and spirituality began in an unexpected way. It started with my connection to The Buddhist Vihara in Chiswick, London, a place that sparked my deeper interest in personal growth and spiritual exploration. It was here that I met a Healer who introduced me to The Healing Trust, a pivotal moment in my path that would forever change the course of my life.

Over the next two years, I dedicated myself to learning about energy, spiritualism, intuition and many other healing arts through The Healing Trust. This training, completed in 2005, empowered me to offer healing work in various settings, including hospitals, hospices, private practice, and even at The Harry Edwards Foundation. The ability to use energy to bring comfort and healing to others became a core part of my work.

Along the way, my natural intuition was awakened. I joined a development circle at my local spiritualist church, where I honed my skills as both a clairvoyant and a medium. This experience deepened my connection to the spiritual realm and further developed my ability to provide insight and guidance to those in need.

I was fortunate to train in Reiki on the mystical island of Anglesey, North Wales, a truly transformative experience that added another layer to my healing practice. As I continued to explore the spiritual and healing arts, I sought to ground my offerings in a more comprehensive approach. In 2024, I completed a 9-month Coaching course with The Institute of Psychosynthesis in London, where I learned powerful psychological models that are rooted in transpersonal therapy. This training allows me to guide my clients towards a deeper connection with their higher self or soul and help them integrate this wisdom into their everyday lives.
